Structure
General Meeting
All members. Elects the committees, approves accounts, amends the bylaws. One member, one vote.
Management Committee
Elected by members. Sets policy, approves investments within its mandate and appoints management.
Supervisory Committee
Elected by members and independent of the Management Committee. Reviews controls and reports to the General Meeting.
Executive Officers
Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary, drawn from the Management Committee.
Management
Appointed staff who run day to day operations and prepare investment papers.
Investment decisions
Assessed by management, approved under the mandate set by members, then reported.
Member rights
Attend and vote at the General Meeting.
Stand for election to the committees.
Inspect the bylaws, accounts and minutes.
Receive a share of value created, under the rules.
Member responsibilities
Keep contributions current.
Observe the bylaws and resolutions of the society.
Keep member records up to date.
Treat society information with care.
