Share capital is your ownership stake. It is not a deposit and it is not withdrawn on demand. It is transferred or redeemed under the rules of the society.
Monthly contributions build your position over time. They are recorded separately from share capital in your member account.
Members abroad
Kenyans and others living outside Kenya can join. The registration fee, share price and contribution minimum are the same.
Payment routes for members abroad are confirmed during registration.
What membership means

Members can see the accounts, the bylaws and the decisions taken on their behalf.
